Common questions

How does the 7-day free trial work? +

You enter your card details when you start the trial so we can switch you to the paid plan automatically when the 7 days are up. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. We send a reminder email 48 hours before your trial ends.

Can I switch between Pro and Elite later? +

Yes — switch any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle.

How do I cancel? +

Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

Is there a discount for annual billing? +

Yes. Annual saves 20% across both Pro and Elite. Pro annual is $470 (vs $588), Elite annual is $950 (vs $1,188).

Why are 3 instruments free? +

Three is enough to feel how the system works without giving away the whole product. We picked Gold, Nasdaq 100 and EUR/USD because they cover three different asset classes — most users find at least one they care about.
